In a case DMC/DC/F-14/562/2009 decided on 2nd September, 2009. The council rejected a complaint of Shri JS Randhawa alleging professional misconduct on the part of Dr. AKK of Jaipur Golden Hospital on the ground that the complaint has been made after a period of almost nine years and the same does not merit consideration and stands rejected.
